“What Happens If People Do Not Get To Vote?”

Someone stopped by searching for “what happens if people do not get to vote.”

The same thing that happens when voters are required to go to the polls, and are handed pre-marked ballots to turn in. It is called a “dictatorship,” and leadership is often ascribed to one person. In reality, a country is too large and complex for a single person to control, so dictatorships are actually “oligarchies,” ruled by a small coterie of insiders who choose one of their own to “rule.” The “few who rule” generally live the good life while the people are no more than slaves to the state.

About Stranger

A collaborative effort, Extranos Alley is primarily concerned with providing up to date data on the relationships between privately woned firearms and crime, violence, and politics. The site is maintained by nine volunteers who have given up their identity that the work here may be considered without regard to the individual data. The contributors are a diverse group, ranging from a retired physicist to a board certified psychologist.
