Reason a Republican nominated U.S. Court of Appeals Judgve, Karen Henderson of the DC Circuit ignored the Second Amendment’s roots in England’s common law as well as the plain owords of the Founders to support Washington D gun laws.
The situation is a sad one, when even the judges are ignorant both of the history and of the results of the laws they rule on. Here is what tghe law Judge Henderson supports actually did to the District’s key crime rates. :

I do not know why anyone would consider laws that send violent crime rates sky high are even justifiable but I do know this. We can expect the tide o judges who favor gun bans and high crime rates, even at the costg of gutting the Constitution will be around until well into the 2030’s.
Given that,we must carefully examine the record and beliefs of every judicial candidate and nominee.
