Rep. Gohmert: Fix NICS Is A Gun Control Expansion

Breitbart reports Texas Reppppublican Congressman Louie Gohmert has correctly described the “Fix-NICSS Act” as an expansion of gun control laws.

Briefly quoting the Breitbart report linked above:

Fix-NICS” is a measure Sens. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA), Chris Murphy (D-CT), Richard Blumenthal (D-CT), and John Cornyn (R-TX) support. It responds to the Air Force’s failure to report Devin Kelley’s criminal history by expanding the number of people who will be barred from gun possession going forward.

When Feinstein, Murphy, Blumenthal, and Cornyn introduced the bill, Murphy tweeted that it was the best piece of gun legislation since Sen. Joe Manchin’s (D-WV) post-Sandy Hook gun control bill:

Here is a link to the full text of Manchin’s “Assault Weapons Ban of 2013.” And one of authors of Fix NICS says his bill is second only to

In short, three Senators who hate guns and gun owners are responsible for the Fix-NIC Act.

Get a big drink, a comfortable seat, and click on over to see just how many and what kind of guns Fix-NICS would ban.

so the Fix-NICS was cooked up by three of the worst Senators in Congress, individuals who hate, loathe and despise guns and gun owners, has been added to the House version of the Concealed Carry Weapons permit Reciprocity Act, to serve as a foundation for gun controls or gun bans in the next Congress.

Those three are responsible for more than enough grief as it is, without giving the m a chance to crate more. It is better that wwe have no reciprocity bill than a trap that will usher in gun confiscation and all the evils those laws have enabled.
