How Evil Are New Jersey’s Gun Laws? This Evil

NJ10602013vicrimeThanks to a link at Steve Bartin’s News Alert here is a first person report on New Jersey’s utterly evil gun laws. Laws that gun control advocates claim have kept the State’s violent crime rates down.

The actual results of New Jersey’s gun laws are on the left. Click on the graphic for a clearer view.

Not only have the State’s gun laws failed to reduce or “control” crime, thy have served as a trap for the unwary. A trap that can cost up to 14 years of a man’s time. Here is that first person report from one of many thousands of victims caught up in a useless, senseless net of mindless, pointless, and deadly dangerous laws:

It is time for Congress to step in and put an end to this legally empowered entrapment. And it is time to do it NOW!

  1. Cletus O'Bannon says:

Any law that violates or fails to meet Constitutional scrutiny is null and void. What New Jersey, New York, California and other states are doing is intentionally creating illegal infringements on the 2nd Amendment. It’s time for the people to step up and put a stop to this across the board.

  2. Mirage says:

Laws that CLEARLY violate the Constitution should be ignored. Only socialists, communists and democrats want to strip away 2nd Amendment RIGHTS. Imagine the reaction of these Nazi’ if you demanded an ID to vote, or demanded a 3 day waiting period and background check for an Abortion. The left ALWAYS wants to disarm the citizens, it makes it easier to stick the bayonet in their backs to force people to work to support the parasites that vote to take more and more from the productive, thus enlarging the state, and making more people POOR.

  3. Stranger says:

There can be little doubt that New Jersey’s gun laws are unconstitutional, and are the major factor in parts of New Jersey’s sky high crime rates. “Parts” including Trenton, Camden, Hoboken, and other areas.

But violating what New Jersey considers the law will get you a dozen years in a third rate prison cell – for the “crime of deciding it might be time to do something about that gas tank waring light, and maybe spend a few minutes in the john with a gun double locked in your car trunk.

So you violate New Jersey’s unlawful awfuls at your peril. Which, in my book means it is time for New Jersey to either decide to obey the laws of the land, of secede. To suffer the same fate Georgia did when the Peach State tried to secede 150 years ago.
