Hammering On The Facts Is Beginning To Pay Off

Hollywood announced its gun ban campaign on December 1, 1963, early enough to make the Today show. By noon, thousands of letters of rebuttal were on their way to newspapers and broadcast outlets, hammering on what facts were known about the evil effects of gun control.

Since that evil day,,,, we have consistently presented fact and logic based arguments against gun control. To the point the media will tell you over and over of the wonderful results if we just “control,” meaning ban, guns. But they will not tell us where these promised benefits have become a reality after restrictive gun laws were implemented.

But now, instead of abuse, we are beginning to get support.

The more thoughtful are beginning to admit that no gun law could have stopped Stephen Paddock, James Holmes, or, truth be told, Devin Patrick Kelley.

That cannot fail to be noted by our adversary’s, and taken as a sign of a possible sea change in the gun control battle.

We can expect to see Bloomberg and Soros spend five dollars on gun control where they spent one.

And that means that we must take the trouble to know the facts and provide the facts to anyone laboring under the misapprehension that somewhere, at some time or some place, gun control has done something good.
