“Common Ground On Gun Control?”

The Boston Globe, a FNHQ Gotham satellite, teases with a headline “Finding Common Ground on Gun control.”

They say I am not a subscriber so I cannot read their fiction. Good enough, I will remain a non-subscriber.

But why would any sane person want to find common ground on laws that have universally resulted in very steep increases in murder and violent crime?

We are coming up on 522 years of gun control history, and unless you think horrors such as Bergen-Belson, Sobibor, and thousands of numbered labor and “reeducation campas” are good, has doing nothing whatsoever good.

A collaborative effort, Extranos Alley is primarily concerned with providing up to date data on the relationships between privately woned firearms and crime, violence, and politics. The site is maintained by nine volunteers who have given up their identity that the work here may be considered without regard to the individual data.
