A Nominal Republican Breaks Ranks

Breitbart reports a nominal Republican House member has introduced a gun b an bill in Congress.

The turncoat is Rep. Dan Donovan, who represents who represents New York’s 11th Congressional District. Donovan has an undistinguished voting record, getting sub-F’s of critical social, economic, infrastructure, and rights issues.

New York 11 consists of Staten Island, and small areas of Bloomberg’s former baliwick. NY11 is one of the few \ congressional districts where we lack a clear majority of the vote, but it would be as well off with someone else in Washington.
