Cassidy’s Cogitations, #2160

The tenement dwellers conundrum:
The neighbor across the halls children wail all night;
The neighbor upstairs dances all night;
The neighbor downstairs target practices until the milkman arrives;*
The neighbor on your left practices the drums in the hours after midnight;
And the neighbor on your right paces all night.
Does no one ever sleep?

Cassidy’s Cogitations, Charlotte 1870

*I assume with BB caps and not “ammunition.”
