And cause your internal clockwork to rust out faster than salt air would rust a shoebox Ford’s quarter panels.
The FDA is after vitamin supplements again. They should be after the diet quacks who have blocked efforts to increase consumption of foods that are good for you and reduce consumption of sugar and refined carbohydrates. Not because an occasional candy bar is bad for you – because too many candy bars are bad for you.
